How We Hire

Our priority is to provide a Best in Class Hiring Experience from start to finish.  Here is how we support you throughout this experience.   

1. Apply

Search our job opportunities to find a role that fits your talents and skills. Share your interest with us by applying.

After you apply for the role, our hiring team will review your skills and experience related to the qualifications on the job description. 

2. Get to Know You

A member of our hiring team manages each job opening. If you meet the qualifications and are selected to move forward, they’ll reach out to learn more about you and ask some questions.

During this phase, you’ll learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at H+H.

3. Interview

If you are selected to move into the interview phase, you will meet with our hiring team for an in-person interview(s). These interviews aim to evaluate your interest in and ability to do the day-to-day work of the role.

During the interview phase, we encourage you to ask questions about the role and H+H. 

4. Decisions

Our final stage of our hiring experience is assessing each candidate for their potential to succeed in the role. Our goal is to connect talented people with careers and teams where they can do work they truly enjoy. It may take several weeks for us to reach a decision. We know it isn’t easy to wait - we appreciate your patience during the decision-making phase.
