Youth Track (Under 18 Years Old)

  • No tuition/schooling cost. ZERO STUDENT LOAN DEBT!
  • Flexible hours while in High School.
  • Receive High School credit while in the Youth Track Apprenticeship.
  • Earn a paycheck while learning how to become an Automotive Technician.
  • Clear path to becoming a Main Line Automotive Technician in 4 Years.
  • Backed by the Department of Labor as a Registered Apprenticeship Program.
  • Learn from the most experienced Automotive Technicians in the area. After completion of each 26-week semester, receive a $1.00 per time-clock-hour increase.
  • Starting pay will be $12 per time-clock-hour.
  • Completion of Semester 1 will be $13 per time-clock-hour.
  • Completion of Semester 2 will be $14 per time-clock-hour.
  • Completion of Semester 3 will be $15 per time-clock-hour.
  • Completion of Semester 4 will be determined after meeting with a Service Manager. Minimum flat-rate-hour of $17 per hour-flagged.
  • PAID classroom training on-site at HHU (Once a Week) and off-site lab training at Iowa Western Community College (Once a Month). Instructors have a combined 60+ years of Automotive Experience.
  • At completion of this 4-year Program, receive ASE certifications and Manufacturer Training (FREE!).
