Spending time with your newly born or adopted family member is important. We offer paid parental bonding leave to provide the time you need and want during this special time.
Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect disability coverage.
If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.
This paid leave provides two weeks of time off for the primary and secondary caregivers to bond with their newest family member during the first year after birth or adoption.
Your time off during this leave is 100% paid and has no impact on your paid time off benefits.
