Serious illnesses can strike anyone. Having options for coverage for typical financial responsibilities or incurred medical expenses is one way we support our Associates.
Eligibility
Full-Time Associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week are eligible to elect critical illness coverage.
If elected, coverage begins the first of the month following a 60-day waiting period.

This policy provides a cash benefit for a range of covered illnesses such as Cancer, Stroke and Heart Attack, in addition to whatever your medical insurance may cover.
Payments are made directly to you and can be used for any purpose.
What it Costs
Cost is determined by age, level of coverage and tobacco usage. Rate information available upon request.
