Eligibility
Associates are eligible to start Profit Sharing (401k) on the first of the month following their one-year anniversary.
You will be contacted via email to attend a Profit Sharing (401k) meeting prior to your anniversary.
Plan Options
Under this plan, you have the option to contribute through Pre-Tax and Post-Tax deferrals.
Company match is reviewed on annual basis. For 2023, H+H will match $0.50 on the dollar with a maximum company contribution of $1,500 per year.
How It Works
Associates can contribute a percentage of their earnings to the plan up to limits established by the Internal Revenue Service.
This plan offers the flexibility to change deferrals at any time.
